I love good coffee but going on holiday with my coffee maker: it's impossible!
For several years, I have been sourcing coffee at the Maison de Torréfaction Couleur Café in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts.
Lately I have had the chance and pleasure to meet Annie, not only an exceptional barista, but also the owner of the shop. She shared with me her passion for coffee, from which came the idea of bagging coffee in order to allow a perfect tasting, even away from home!
The values of this product are in line with mine: ecological, fair, local and tasty.
